Orbis originally took Surrey Racing online in 2000 with SurreyBet and the PlanetFootball interactive betting sites for each featured club ("Villabet", "Saintsbet", "Bluesbet" and so on).

When Sky acquired Surrey Racing, these sites were all combined into Sky Bet, and OpenBet software has allowed Sky Bet to expand into further channels including WAP and interactive digital TV including the live TV Betting channel "Sky Vegas Live" - an interactive TV channel, built on the OpenBet platform, mixing live studio broadcast with interactive games.
